LAIFF 2025 · MILLION DOLLAR THEATERGreat stories don't need permission.
LAIFF brings together emerging and established filmmakers who share a belief in creative originality. Fresh voices, innovative storytelling and the energy of independent cinema are at the heart of the festival.
We celebrate work made with vision and resourcefulness — from micro-budget features to ambitious shorts, documentaries, animation and experimental films. What matters is the story, and the filmmaker behind it.
In Los Angeles, an international community finds a place to share its work, discover new perspectives and celebrate film together.
